Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Henry Software LLC (“we,” “us,” “HealthAI”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use https://healthai.coach, the HealthAI member desk, and related SMS, email, and phone services. HealthAI is a product of Henry Software LLC. HealthAI's coach, Catherine Flockhart, is an AI running coach.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information created when you use the service:

• Name, email address, and password when you buy or activate a membership.
• A phone number for your account and coaching calls. A mobile number for SMS only if you opt in at https://healthai.coach/text.
• Goals, intake answers, training history, schedule, equipment, and notes you type in the desk.
• Payment records processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
• Session logs, check-ins, and the health and device details you type in or tell Catherine.
• Call and text metadata needed to deliver coaching (time, duration, delivery status). We do not sell call recordings.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser, and pages viewed, used to run and secure the site.
• The site counts page visits and clicks to improve it, without names, emails or IP addresses.

How we use information

We use this information to provide HealthAI coaching: your week, the desk, receipts, account email, optional SMS, optional phone calls with Catherine Flockhart, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not sell member files. We do not sell personal information.

We may turn questions members ask Catherine into general running education on our website and social media. We rewrite each question in our own words and never publish your name, contact details, training data, health details, or anything else that could identify you.

SMS and mobile information

If you opt in, HealthAI may send SMS messages from our coaching number. Messages come from HealthAI / Catherine Flockhart and may include training notes, replies to texts you send, payment receipts, a link to activate the desk, and account updates about your membership. About three messages per day. Message frequency varies with your training and with messages you send us. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy HealthAI and use the health portal fully without providing a mobile number for texts and without opting in. The only way to opt in is the separate checkbox, unchecked by default, on our public text sign-up page at https://healthai.coach/text. We do not collect SMS consent at checkout, during onboarding, in the portal, or on calls.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. After you text STOP you will receive one confirmation and we will send no further SMS. Reply HELP for help, or email caroline@henry.biz. Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to opt back in if you previously opted out. Calling Catherine and using the desk still work after you STOP texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with anyone for their marketing. Carriers and Twilio (our texting provider) receive only the phone number and message content required to deliver each message.

Each SMS opt-in is stored as a consent record: phone number, timestamp, IP address and browser when available, the consent wording and its version, and that you checked the box on https://healthai.coach/text (or replied START, YES, or UNSTOP to rejoin after a STOP). We keep it while the membership is active and as needed to prove consent and honor STOP.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run HealthAI:

• Stripe, to take payment and send receipts.
• Twilio, to deliver SMS you opted into and, if enabled, phone calls.
• Email delivery (for receipts and activate links).
• Hosting and security vendors that process data on our instructions.
• When required by law, or to protect a person from serious harm.

These parties may not use member data for their own marketing. SMS opt-in data is not included in any sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and security

We keep account, training, and billing records while you are a member and for a reasonable period after (taxes, disputes, STOP logs). You may ask us to delete or export your file at caroline@henry.biz. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies needed to sign you in and keep a session. We may record basic page views so staff can see whether the site is working. We do not sell browsing data.

Children

HealthAI is for people 13 or older. Runners 13 to 17 join only with a parent or guardian's consent: at signup we collect the runner's date of birth and the parent or guardian's name and email, keep them on the member file, and email the parent or guardian a confirmation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; signup stops before checkout for anyone under 13, and we delete any such information we learn about.

Your choices

You may update your email and phone in the desk, email caroline@henry.biz to access, correct, or delete your file, reply STOP to leave SMS, or cancel the membership in billing. California and similar state residents may request a copy of personal information we hold and ask us not to “sell” it — we do not sell it.

International members

Members can join from any country. HealthAI is run from the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States, wherever you live. Your member file and messages are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the United States (Ohio). The site and its servers run on Vercel.

These providers handle parts of your information to run the service: Stripe (payments), xAI (the AI model that writes coaching replies and runs coaching calls), Twilio (calls and texts), Sendblue (iMessage texts), Resend (email), and GitHub (some scheduling records). Prices are in US dollars, and your card provider handles any currency conversion. Texting is available on US numbers only for now.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place with data protection law, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information by writing caroline@henry.biz. By using HealthAI from outside the United States, you understand your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Material SMS changes will be posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
